If the Mayer Watches product purchased does not meet the buyer’s expectations or the buyer is not completely satisfied with the purchase for any reason, he or she can return it for a refund of the value of the item (net of shipping costs), a future purchase voucher or an exchange.

In compliance with current legislation, the return policy applied by Mayer Watches respects the term of 14 days from the moment of receipt of the purchase made.

After this 14 day period, Mayer Watches will no longer be able to offer refunds, vouchers or exchanges.

RETURN PROCESS

All returns must be shipped no later than 14 days from the date of receipt.

To return an item, the buyer must communicate his intention by email to the address info@mayerwatches.it; Once the watch has been placed in its original packaging, complete with all its accessories and documentation, everything has been expertly packaged and shipped to the Mayer Watches headquarters.

It is good practice to carry out a simple photographic campaign of what is placed in the box before shipping to document the quality of the packaging and to avoid possible disputes.

All returned items must be new and unused, with all original tags. Extra straps or other items must also be in the original packaging.

The sender is responsible for the goods until they are delivered to Mayer Watches, which is why we expressly request that you use a tracked delivery service with signature upon delivery.

Please retain proof of postage until your return is credited. Mayer Watches is not responsible for items lost in transit.

REFUND

Once the return has been received and inspected, the buyer will receive an email informing them that the returned item has been received, as well as the approval or motivated refusal of the refund.

Return processing may take up to 30 days from receipt of the item.

SHIPPING COSTS

The calculation of shipping costs to be subtracted from the value of the item varies depending on the country of purchase, as shown in the following table:
